If you submit an author photo, you are REQUIRED to include Alt Text. We're sorry that the limitation on Alt Text is so short (191 characters), but the restriction is built into the Ghost publishing platform.
Please don't let the Alt Text requirement discourage you from providing an author photo.
Believe it or not, entries with a unique photo get clicked on more than those that include our generic image. In fact, your author photo can be any image at all. It does not have to be a headshot. Any kind of graphic image is acceptable.
The fields marked with an asterisk are required. If your Author Name is different from the name you used when submitting, please make sure that the email you enter below is the same as the one you submitted with.
Don't use this form unless:
- You have received official notice that your work has been accepted for publication.
- You have received the email/contract from us telling you to fill out this form.
